No way mang

The game is all about negotiating. Yes at the beginning, you roll and land on random spots on the board. In order to build houses and hotels you need to trade in order to make sure you have every color of the section you are planning on building on. With 4 human beings, trading is very difficult though. Trading cash, railroads, utilities and multi colored properties as well as taking into account future rent and value is where the skill is needed.

For example, having 1 railroad nets you .25Million per land, but 2RR = .5M.......3RR = 1M......and owning all 4 railroads nets you $$2Million per land.

Having the skill to negotiate what 4 railroads are worth at different times in the game is difficult let alone negotiating to own all 3 orange properties or netting boardwalk and parkplace.

When I try to negotiate with Haunted, its like pulling teeth. He wants a persons heart and soul before he gives up 1 piece of land lol. But after 10 misfires i usually lessen the extent of a slanted trade and look out to the future where I think it might pay off.

Its all Negotiation Foc, not random rolling. I know in your world there is little negotiation as you just take out your gun and shoot anything that disagrees with you, but were simulating the modern world

Oh i understand it alright, sneaking and camping armor or megahealth in tdm or hit n run + rj in ra2..... im just not using superpaks, double jumps scripts, megahealth timers and whatever else u guys have convinced urselves is legal....nor have i jumped on boxes for 10+ yrs like you guys. ra2 > all

For sure, I totally agree. I for one think that you are correct with the reasons you attribute for winning and losing in both q2 and monopoly.
