Because some people like playing it? It's like music and songs - some people love a certain song, some people hate that same song.

tltf.bsp is clearly a long range rail-heavy map, favoring lower latency players. Higher latency players are going to be disadvantaged. 

Now hang on I have to go cruise around town in my rideshare car, playing music that some will like and others will not like.

covid vaccines... which they themselves HAD... and STILL got covid.

After being vaccinated, you can still get the problem that the vaccine is created for.   Vaccines are about mitigation or reduction, not absolute prevention. Especially for the greater collective public.  People get confused about that a lot.
