Hehe! Reminds me of the good old days when I'd party at the dorms where some friends of mine were attending college. They would launch water balloons out of the windows at the other dorm building with something similar that was attached to the window frame. It would launch balloons so hard that it would break the glass out of the windows they hit. They'd take it outside and have two guys hold the ends while a third held the balloon in place and stretched it back. It would launch them for what seemed like an eighth of a mile and the guys holding the ends of the rubber band would damn near get flung up into the air when the shooter let it fly.
