Hmm... Over the years, a few people have reported download issues like that, but as of yet I've not been able to determine what is different about their system or configuration.

Are you visiting http://tastyspleen.net/... or http://www.tastyspleen.net/... ?

Also... might possibly try deleting all browser cookies to either of the above...?

I need to post a correction.

The cheater discussed above was impersonating Fuel/Fuels, and I thought that was his "real" alias.

But the cheater is in North Carolina.  The real Fuels is in Quebec, Canada.
