I cant wait to see fiend vs dahang tbh. should be fun game considering they are good at different games. Dahang will beat him in q2/q4 and fiend will win qw/q3.

i just hope i don't have to play dahang or purri too early on, but somehow me and dahang almost always meet in online tournaments pretty early.. itll probably happen in lan too

q2>q1>q3>q4

To be fare, I havent played q4 with any of its most recent patches. I only played it the first week or so. Q2 sucked balls in the beginning. We played 4v4's on maps like biggun, jail1, warehouse (not dm8). Then the 3.17 patch added strafe jumping and all the maps we love.

Im sure q2 lost some players who went back to q1 because q2 was pretty bad in the beginning.

for duel I think q4 is the best. q2 it's too easy to run/hide.

for duel gameplay (least random, most skill), i'd probably say q4>q2>q3>qw

for actual fun q2>q4>qw>q3 (q3 by far the most boring).

I have tried several times to play q4 and never find a server with soul on it - all game browsers and listings show tons of servers, but all are absolutly dead. Are there any servers which you frequent, which have souls?

Just join #q41v1 on gamesurge and ask people. I don't play online at all really, and I don't know the password to basically all the servers.

HeavyDS, 4:20's q4max server, killat0n's servers, and GGL servers tend to be popular.

The rules say all PCs are provided by Quakecon. What do they allow you to bring? A config, mouse and keyboard?
