this was my first lan experience and its what i expected.. alot of fun even if there was only 3 of us. bill (reflex) was kind enough to come pick me up so we dont have to waste gas in two cars and we took the hour drive to phyzik's. It was a pretty cool night, i think we couldve played more q2 but I had a lot of fun.

we couldnt get q4 to work.. too many bugs/errors.. first we kept getting missing files no matter who's server it was so we decided to move all the maps except the one we were gonna play from our folders and that fixed the missing files error but we everytime one of us connected it just crashed on the client side with a snapshot error or some bullshit.. q4 is really shit. we mostly played qw and q2 which is fun enough..

some of the demos I forgot to stop so itll just go on after the game and i might just sit in spec for awhile.. sorry about that.

Lan was indeed very kewl...

I thought the same thing as you Naymlis, not enough q2!!
every time I started to feel comfortable playing we stopped

And I beat Phyzik in Q1 only cause he didnt play for the first
100 naymlis frags.

Im sure there will be a next time, maybe more ppl and a new location ?

neither of our PCs are running right since you played on em Naym,
Phyzik cant keep a good FPS, and mine reboots on its own here n there....
