All of whom had a signal level of 0-4 about 24 hours ago. Awesome system! 

I had changed the limits to [-10, +10] a couple weekends ago.

However it wouldn't surprise me if there are bugs allowing people to vote more often than once per 24 hours.  The forum only tracks most recent vote per [giver,receiver] so it's not easy to reconstruct the full history.

Typically I don't noise people anymore. I've even been +ing vae and fader lately, which I'm sure my own clan mates would laugh at me for, lol. I guess I feel sorry for them that they catch so much shit when all that negative attention would be better spent on other far more presently deserving targets. At first when karma voting was allowed once every hour, I was -ing a select few individuals religiously. It was amusing at first. But now it's just pointless. Get rid of it if you want. But I suppose the handful of village idiots would protest it. Let em have it, they probably need it. Lets them feel like they can get revenge on people even though nothing is gained by it and usually it's not an accurate indicator of community favorability. It's like religion. It only means anything to the few idiots that believe in it.
