Yes, right here. 

I played for many, many years, first baseball and then softball (but I'm not sure what that has to do with this being fake or real). I'm also an inveterate skeptic, so when I see something like this, which looks as suspiciously amazing as the "amazing ballgirl catch" from a couple of years ago, so I start poking around to find out rather than relying solely on my impression.

It's fake, and indeed as Reflex says, it was done by Gillette  and indeed is apparently part of the same series of ads as the amazing ballgirl catch. Funny thing about the latter: people were posting it like mad on Facebook a couple of weeks ago, usually with a caption like "Girl Power" or "This makes me proud to be a woman" or some such. Apparently we now have the same memory capacity that goldfish are reputed to have.

Having caught more than one baseball bare handed, I can say you can do it easily without breaking a hand, or finger. The purpose of a glove is to make it easier to catch a ball (more surface area) and to ensure you don't break something in the process. It's clear the video is a fake but it takes you by surprise and the first reaction is wow, awesome catch dude, but looking closely spoils the fun of it. Cute video, fun joke.
