I like those demos haunted posted of Krez with gl-only. One of the funniest matches I've seen in any game.

I'll break em down into MOD's I played over the years.

CTF: $lasher, hops, Vapid's grappling(he may wallhack/aimbot but you can't make a grappling bot and he was one of the fastest CTF players), 'joem d00msp33d and ReLoad(in their zone.com days), AlPacino, Cyrk and crow prolly. I couldn't simply just put one person as there is offense/defense/roam/escort and many other positions in q2ctf and not one person can be the best at more than 2 of those at a time really.

RA2: Fierce and dMyzE(watching them wave at each other through walls in pubs and on matches was pretty comical...they walled and never attempted to hide it). Vapid/zeb0r, for obvious reasons. LightZ.iK, Ark, Anval, Squeaky and milenko.

TDM: (I never played before the past year or two but watched a few demos) - Granny was quite entertaining(specially his? demo verse untouch with nades only, most entertaining demo ever...besides Wake's HG only demo in CTF verse YellowFire who is POSSIBLY even gayer than Vae, hehaw.).... FlareZ for obvious reasons...AcidRain gave me a good lol at times too...Nybar and naymlis.

Qpong: There were sooo many, but I can't remember any names. Play styles can be so hilarious in this when you have the qpong balls flying at you 100mph and have to act fast lol....mod is so fucking hilarious and entertaining on it's own.

Nighthunters: Warpuke...once that guy became the nighthunter, he was damn near impossible to kill. This was another mod that was pretty funny. All the maps are real dark and people would be firing everywhere to try to hit the nighthunter in case he was camping as when he wasn't firing or getting hit, he was invisible haha.

Weapons Factory: Great mod, wish people still played it. Guy named Predator was a beast in this mod and would make ridiculous plays, haha.

Anyone play any of the following mods and can name any notable people who played them to help my memory out any to name more?: Basketball, Catch the Chicken, 3-Team CTF, Lasermine CTF, Expert CTF, Lithium or FreezeTag?

rick I think you mean nybar/nybarius...... he was decent in tdm, nothing too special though. he is very old school. Guy is rich as hell, think his dad either owned a bunch of stock in GM back in the day or had some kind of executive position with them.

Ahh, yep that was it. Edit'd it, thanks. And you're completely correct that he wasn't anything special, he was just fun to watch with his carefree gameplay. He'd literally die, grab the closest weapon he could get(including fucking HG's, lol) and just CHARGE at whoever he was playing, lol. And he was decently fast so watching someone eat a rocket, spawn at MG and instead of going out through the center on Edge, he'd go out the water way and instead of going at least rail or the SSG way...he charges straight into mega and won't run, even when he gets low health like any normal TDM'er would do, haha. So he was quite entertaining to watch to me but wasn't anything special. Come to think of it, he plays TDM how I do RA2 lol. Doesn't matter how bad he or I sucked and even if there's 3+ people in mega, charge in!...This sometimes worked QUITE well in RA2 matches as people would get bored and sit on top of the lights/mega boxes and not pay too much attention and I'd be able to charge in and hit at least 2(and sometimes even up to like 6 rockets depending on how much you catch them off guard) haha before getting raped 1on4 CG. It didn't work ALL the time, maybe 50/50 lol so I would either be a handicap on my team or I'd do most of the damage and hops/phil would do the rest.

Oh wow, I guess I'm back to writing novels when I reply again. Only drank 15 red bulls in the past couple hours so maybe that's why...I'm pretty strung out haha.

haunted vs. duo was a very fun game to watch. really a pleasure to watch this game. I think duo is a very good player.

well my favorite players to watch are : naymlis, pyr3x, ah, adrenaline, and dahang of course when he was playing. maybe they aren't the most exciting players all the time, but I prefer watching them either way. ma5 is also pretty darn good on dm1 for not playing much.
