Regarding the demo posted in the original post, did anybody stop to think it's possible he accidentally hit the fire button?  I know I do that occasionally.  Also, frag #9 definitely raises some suspicions.  Though Reflex did bring up a good point, where if you were aware (via sound cues) that a fight just took place in the water there, that it wouldn't be a bad idea to spam a couple shots of the SSG to possibly finish off an injured player, or clue you in on the fact that there was someone still hanging out there by hearing them react to getting shot.
