autoexec.cfg in R1Q2 will not load

As far as I can see there's nothing wrong with it. The joy_ and AUX binds are all valid keys. But when you say that it isn't working, I assume you're referring to your joystick controls?  The rest of the game setttings load fine? Just to be sure, change your playername or the crosshair in the autoexec to see if it will change.

Is this your config.cfg or your autoexec.cfg?  Because I don't see your cl_maxfps setting. Also I don't see any "show game score" text and there is no "exec" in there, so I guess that must be saved somewhere in the config.cfg.  Use "cmd score" to bring up the score board screen (normally bound to F1)

If you use a joystick or keyboard to control the view, you will want to use cl_async 0 and cl_maxfps 90 or so as the cl_async 1 code currently does not work very well with anything other than mouse input for controlling the view.

But... cl_async already defaults to 0, so I'm not sure if this is the problem.
