The dumbass was whining all morning, badmouthing everyone in the community in blanket terms and barely playing.
when I got back from lunch he was back at it on railz, spewing his garbage every 60 seconds on the dot.

multiple people on the server at the time stated that he should be muzzled/muted/kicked

when I looked over the logs from my server this morning, he was on there the other night following alpha around to shit talk him (he's bant now. fucker wont ready up anyway, so no loss)

I went in to play with alpha, TG and vae today on railz and I saw him, so I mentioned this to him and he stopped getting even the paltry couple of telefrags he can normally expect, just to blather garbage about alpha and anyone else who thought he was being stupid.

Most of the time I hang out in vanilla and there are times when I enter I noticed ashtar there just watching for a long time. I tried checking if he was afk by throwing some remarks bout him getting muted and much to my surprise he responded. kinda creepy.
Wow, i guess hes just waiting for someone, and when that particular someone came in he would start his once per minute spiels.

he's been hell bent on bothering the shit out of alpha for a couple days now.

it's been more like a few months now. every time i come on the server he starts, follows me from server to server, and his butt buddy smackdab was doing the same thing for a bit too. he blames me for his mute thats suposedly why he goes on at me for, and when he doesn't get a reaction out of me he starts on other people. Just put a permanant mute on the drunken fool

I could just /ignore him. I could just rape him off the server. But... you miss the point. A lot of the time he's sitting in spectator mode and just spewing random stupid bullshit. If it WERE "just" completely random bullshit, it might be tolerable. But usually it's not random. Usually it starts as random bullshit and then turns into a shit slinging fest. Maybe other people respond to his random bullshit negatively which causes THEM to start slinging shit first. But think about it, if he weren't slinging shit or being an annoying asshole to begin with, the other person would have NO reason to retort. Obviously the common factor and "problem" is him. Don't ban him, just mute him. There's nothing wrong with letting him play. But when all he ever says is needless empty chatter and inflammatory bullshit... yeah, end it already.

It's not like I've got a huge hard-on for knowing that I've done something to have someone muted. If an admin talking to him man to man would cease his retarded behavior, I'd be all for it. But I don't think it would have any effect at all. It's probably already been tried.

full mutes are ridiculous and for players who really deserve it... people that deserve full mutes are the people who join servers just to troll and throw out racial slurs for 45 minutes, or people who will purposefully spam the fuck out of a server as much as they can... just keep it to the people who REALLY need it, half mutes work fine for anything else -.-

full mutes are ridiculous and for players who really deserve it... people that deserve full mutes are the people who join servers just to troll and throw out racial slurs for 45 minutes, or people who will purposefully spam the fuck out of a server as much as they can... just keep it to the people who REALLY need it, half mutes work fine for anything else -.-
