afaik, we don't have any members in South Carolina, and I've been seeing this person using our tag on the servers recently.

He's also used lidz' alias "kom" on a few occasions, but it's probably not lidz given the location.

Strange.  I don't know what's up with this guy.  I tried to change his forum name to "Little Joe" instead, and found out he had already registered Little Joe on the forums back in March.  Here is his one post from that account:

So I'm just going to remove his newer |iR|Joe account.  I've also added a name ban for now, so that *.sc.res.rr.com can't use the |iR| tag.
