Just for your information, the refugee kids that are in Texas are being fed no charge by the public state assisted schools here. I'm sure that any institution in Texas that is at least partly government funded, is doing whatever is needed to help out the hurricane victoms. Stadiums are probably privately owned. How bout y'all offering to take some of the refugees into your own homes and take care of them. That's what I thought .....

shit they can all come here if they want, though about 10 people in here and there wont be room to sit down.... and if they wanna move up to new hampshire I for one welcome them, im sure bob (that black guy in new hampshire) could use some company

If not new orleans to visit alot often, then texas. places of interest: dallas, texarkana (only when im stopping at the gas station. jk), houston (the #1 city in the state), san antonio, el paso! texas is nearly the most populated state (with cali and ny out of the picture).

The issue im thinking of, is the location of the city. thats just stupid to build the city, below water level. its a waste of time. they should find a more suitable, dry, sturdy, higher place for the city.

I really think that what ever gov, mayor, or whatever in texas supporting the refugees, are doing a better job than this 8itch.

yesterday, as i was riding around , people were all over the streets, and at the gas pumps. many pumps were closed, and gas prices were expensive. my city usually had over 200,000 for many years, but now, its very populated, and possibly, the cities rank could go up high!

I really need a gun! (its legal to shoot, in defense in this state), cause i have a feeling that i could get jumped and robbed with all these orleaners populating and stinking up my city. Baton rouge is now louisianas biggest city, and the capitol of the state, and for them to go rebuild new orleans is useless, cause looks as the orleaners found a new home. this should be the new new orleans, or new orleans could just merge here. time to get a bulldozer, and push all that shit, and the superdome, into the gulf of mexico. saints and hornets can play here

My power just came on a couple hours ago (it went out 10 am the day Katrina hit). Trees are down everywhere and there is damge to buildings. I live about 150 miles from the coast! Half of Mississippi has been hit really hard. We made it trough everything fine, but many weren't so lucky.
