Damn, i was hoping for some discussion...

Hurt is a really good player, rail is dead on and he knows the maps on vanilla really well.
it was a severe challenge to stay alive with him playing.

That said his attitude stinks.. the bot accusations didn't start till the third map we were playing
where it looked like he might not win it, I've watched the demo and the only bot-like shot I had the
whole map wasn't even on him.

3 accusations on mediocre shots, and I offered to send the demo to him.
the third I said he should go report me, he said 'I will, faggot (bundle of sticks)'

didn't think till after he left to bring up anticheat

Funny, I was playing on mutant today and "hurt" showed up with his 16 ping and racked up 10 frags really fast. (railing isnt so tough on tltf so I figured he could be legit)

I switched over to spectator mode to see what he was doing, since my connection had momentarily gone to shit and I wasnt doing so hot, and suddenly he disconnects in mid-step as soon as I'd scrolled through the players to put the chasecam on him.

maybe we'll get a demo to go in this thread yet..

I have yet to find someone with incredible aim as well as a great attitude in quake2. I think that combination doesnt exist.

That combination does exist. I could list many examples.
However, my experience is the most arrogant players are the cheats.

When he is around, he doesn't play on the TDM servers (that I ever noticed). He usually hangs out at Mutant whooping the shit outta BTF, or at Railz where everyone pisses and moans about his aimbot usage.

I'm by no means saying he doesn't always whoop the shit outta me too. Players that would have so much as an icecube's chance in Hell against him are few and far between.

I have started playing again and have been noticing that there doesn't seem to be as many people on as there was in the past.

Hopefully there is a decent turnout for the NAIL 2 because I am lookingforward to some team stuff again
