Maps for Newbies

Hey all!
In 'Jump' mod, there are many maps, but all I have seen are hard and I can't do any of them.
Can anyone suggest me some maps for starter jumpers? Please? Very easy? Ultra easy?

Souljumps was a good one,  first jump map to be played on tastyspleen.

incorperates almost all the jumps used,  and is split nicely into 2 rooms,
so when you fall in the second room you still have a sense of accomplishment.

That being said,  it still took me awhile to finish it :)

Try ddrace.Most noobs come to jump mod that don't even know how to strafe jump/bunny hop.When you can do that good and fast most other jumps will become alot easier.

Can we ban these bots in DM and other servers that just spam bad jokes non-stop? I tried to join earlier and it took me 15 minutes to get in because there were about 10 of them connected
