I hear yall talkin bout it all the time, I dunno how to join the fuckin servers. I search all over for #btf, #tastyspleen and #quake2players (which all apparently exist) but cannot find em. WTF!!!!!!?

#tastyspleen, etc. are channels on a particular irc server.  irc servers can each have thousands of channels.

For the server, connect to irc.enterthegame.com port 6667.

From there, you can join #tastyspleen, #q2players, #BTF, etc...

I'm in the process of making a how-to page for the tourney site, since it seems like so many people have trouble getting logged on to etg and finding where they need to go, but really the only important channel on irc is....
