its a frag highlight movie someone did in the action q2 mod, but the graphics are awesome. It looks kinda like the zelda windwaker style with cell-shading. I know aprq2 offers cell shading, but when I used it my q2 didnt look like that and also the mouse sensitivity didnt feel the same so I stopped using it.

it was eigther a new skin pack or some post-processing FX. The water was done in game.

engine supports cell shading, like that video.

btw, watch at 4:30. I just noticed the dude is walling. You can see clearly how after he throws the knife that the player model is underneath the building, but can still be seen.

wow, walling in a frag highlight movie. Thats almost as dumb as wiley taking a ra2 screenshot of him leading the server, with all this shit showing up through the walls.

yeah i seen it another time near the end of the video.. i also see it in alot of different frag movies in different games
