a whois for the ra2 server would rock. there is a server that has this setup already. very useful.  ;D

Problem with the whois - it only keeps 10 of the last names you used.  So I could connect to a server, type in 10 random names and you still would have no idea who I am.  Also, it can be abused by people - for example - I can change my name to certain players and pretend to be them.  I saw people doing this on another server, it just caused a different type of confusion and alias whoring - didn't really solve anything.

the IP will almost always be the same, so you can definatley create something that works fairly well.

say IP x is b0at, and b0at uses the name b0at from that IP 90 percent of the time,
