 Why r dam Aliaes allow in TS servers... I thought TS servers is where BUDS go too play / make friends and so on   not too lie and too mislead!

In this case, and most cases, it wouldn't matter, but I can answer that with why I think it affects the game.

At least in tdm anyway, if you're dueling an aliaser who you have no idea is, you don't know what to expect, you can't plan anything and it's pretty annoying not knowing who you are playing, for example, some guy has been wanting to play me for a long time now after I damaged his ego a while back (he didn't think it was possible I could beat him), and if someones aliasing then it could be them, who because your gameplay is not what it could be using own knowledge of an opponent against them, they could/would win and gloat about it after.

It's a pretty lame excuse for losing though, but regardless - I think it makes a difference, most people who are aliased are likely to just tell you who it is if you ask, unless they are aliased for bad reasons (like the one above) or have reasons for aliasing.

all in all, use tdm-noalias!

Yeah I suppose that could be annoying. On the other hand it's a good reason to alias.

Aliasing is bad in Tourney, OK in DM.
If I'm playing tourney, people should know who the're opponant is. I've played Tourney against aliased players and kept woundering who this guy is that keeps raping me, just to find out later it was a highly skilled and well known TDMer.
On the other hand, DM, If I want to just goof off or i'm plastered or something, I don't want to reck my stats or embarress myself though my drunkin actions.
