I've heard of it. Never read any reviews or anything yet... I think it's around $60 though.

Not sure what makes it better than a regular mouse? You can change the weight?

Fatality had input into the design of the mouse. I've read that you hold it with a sort of claw-like grip that is uncomfortable for some people.
When you buy a mouse its important to make sure its comfortable to you. Microsoft has some interesting new gaming mice out. I bought the new MS explorer 3.0 and like it ok.
