I have QuArK, but like most map editors i have no clue in how to use it.

Well, Dukie, you can try http://www.planetquake.com/quark/infobase/maped.tutorial.html if that helps.
I found that QuArK 5 is the best for Quake 2 (QuArK 6 isn't too great).
I tried QeRadiant a while ago, I can't really remember but I think I had some problems with that  ???.
I started making maps about 5 years ago and that was for Quake 3 Arena. I used Q3Radiant which is basically QeRadiant's Quake 3-only version and I know Q3Rad quite well, so I think I'll give QeRadiant another shot! Worldcraft I've only tried in half-life and I basically gave up with it after 2 minutes    , and I've NEVER used Imo or Tread but I'll give them a try.

I use qoole, it serves a new map maker pretty well.I heard that quark is a lil more complicated...so I got qoole since Im a newb map maker.

Ya know, I've never made a q map - I used to make a LOT of Duke maps....
Maybe I outta give it a try...

I use Qoole 99 v0.99. It can do a lot more than a lot of people expect! ^_^
