Just one doesnt do much.  Each ancient head raises your max health by +2.  It doesn't give you more health, just raises your max. above 100.

Rare maps like 007_facility that have like 10 heads in a row you can pick up, are more useful.. since it would raise your max health to 120.

What i'm looking for is a full, comprehensive list of rcon only commands, i've never been able to find one, that list rbbm posted is good, but it's not what i'd like - a list of all the rcon commands in one .txt or page, thats all, if anyone can point me to one id be grateful.

I believe the head is John Carmack. I've used it on a map - it just floats above any object and slowly spins. Fairly harmless.....
