Mootown Chaos Revived server needs to be added to TS List

Hello ADMIN,

I wish to have an administrator, add my server back onto the Tastyspleen Server list with Wallfly, etc., Please. 🙂😉 

My server: Mootown Chaos Revived IP #23.243.91.182

PS: Recently here in CA, we have been having a lot of power outages this month for winds/fires.  Now we're finding out that the IP# changes every power outage, which will be a nuisance for an Admin. I hope we can make it work. I'd like my server to still be a part of  TS. Community if possible.
