Is there a need for TDM maps or HUGE maps in general in this community?

So I was looking for something on a back up disc and I came across a huge Pass The Map project we did back when I was running Leveldesign.nl. There was a beta posted on Quake3world which suggested it might be good for TDM. I still have the .map file, but it needs a lot of work to be properly released. I know what you're probably thinking 'this is a Q2 site', but the whole idea of the map was to do Q2 in Q3 and it uses the eQ2 Textures by Evil Lair.

Is there a need for TDM maps or HUGE maps in general in this community? If so, I'm interested in doing a port if there's people still playing.

A bit unrelated, but I'm also wondering if Quake 2 RTX is seeing any online action that you're aware of?
