Hey guys, just got back a little while ago and seeing what's up? I heard ra2 kind of fell apart a little after I had taken off, this's made me sad. Anyhow, has anyone talked to Rick? I usually get info/updates from him but haven't talked to him in quite a while just curious where he is, anyone heard anything?

If there's no hops, me, adrenaline, Justin, dahang, etc involved in ra2 it ain't gonna work, especially with 2dum's lame ass talking shit.

Playing it online is even better
A little smack talk here n there is fun/funny

Sometimes tho the smack talk can be excessive vulgar annoying disgusting

Everyone deserves a little compassion

I haven't had the best experiences with rick/roffles on l fire server in the past I guess others didn't as well? Because they banned him

I am firm believer in forgiveness patience compassion and understanding

I admire rick as a player he is certainly more skilled than most guys that i encounter,

Hops I would put you a level above rick in skill

Quake 2 is fun when there is a challenge!

People like rick n hops bring something to quake 2 that make people want topplay more and improve their game in turn strengthening the online quake 2 community

All this being said;

I started a thread/petition to unban rick/roffles from ACME

It would be helpful to get a little community support
But most important

Rick if you read this and even care n have heart

PM WORM n YOWZA on ACME forums let them know you are sorry n deserve forgiveness im sure if you are sincere they will accommodate

This will help all quake communities

Most people stick to their fave quake mod or mods n whine n gripe about anything they are not accustomed to.

If more people had n open mind all quake communities would benefit

For any Facebook users out there..
After visiting the LMCTF Facebook group n seeing its success I made a railwar ctf one and have had quite a bit of success in getting games n players organized n making communication easier

I made n an L-Fire CTF (classic all weapons with techs) and RA2 group also I put quite a bit less effort into them but they are if anyone wants to use them, I'll be happy to make anyone an admin of the group that is interested in organizing games,

We could easily make a group for tdm or any other mod as well

Some quakers don't know about the forums and IRC others are too busy or too lazy to use a forum

 nowadays and you'd be surprised how many old quake friends you'll find on Facebook that'll be happy to play again when they hear that people still play!

I've been playing RA2 off and on for years, and I have never seen DeHang play. I have seen him on the tourney server a few times, but never in RA2.

Mind you, I don't quite follow the RA2 scene all that close either.
