High Ping 200+ Last 7 days on TastySpleen Servers WTF!?!??

I am in So Cal.  Normally Play on TS Wodx servers with a ping of 44 or lower.  Now the ping is over 200  ALL THE TIME.  OMG. I  Cannot play at this terrible dialup speed> HELP!!


Gumby's server is still at around 40 for me though.

Any ideas or fixes?

problematic router is ntt.net, just happens to have a hostname with "softlayer" in it because that is what they decided to name their edge router that links to softlayer
