lag to hell problem

has this ever happen to anybody?

you can see real-time game movement but nothing else updates (ping / score) it has only happened around this time (3-6am pst).

First day it happened was yesterday, same time in the TS Jump Server.

Generally this occurs when packets from the server are still reaching your client, but packets from your client are no longer reaching the server. (Due to a routing glitch.)

If this condition persists for 90 seconds the server will finally drop your client.

Not sure if moving to Texas will do much.  I live right next to the fucking server in Dallas, yet I somehow get routed through Dallas, up to Kansas, then back down to Dallas, doubling my ping.  Yeah yeah, I know 20 ping is still great, but fuck you guys.  I used to ping 9.  This is laggy as shit for me.  ;>
