crosshair trouble

i am trying to add a small selection of new crosshairs to my existing ones and have no clue where to put them in order to use them in the game, any and all help is appreciated.

 Pics folder in one of your pak files. look for ch1.pcx ch2.pcs. etc etc. Just replace the files with new ones or add files and mark them ch4 ch5.
