You just need to add some code to always give quad's ip all weapons, items, god mode, infinite invisibility and noclip.

I don't believe I'd made any changes specifically to the CTF sources.

There are several fixes to the baseq2 game however, such as preventing the invisible player bug in 3.21, and a "siamese spawn fix" hack so players don't get stuck on top of one another on maps having slightly submerged spawn pads; etc.

You're more than welcome to whatever maybe be useful...

The project is still in (gasp) CVS... (next time I have occasion to modify it, it will be migrated to github.)
