Thats it. I've had it with the tropics. after three more years on the islands, and in louisiana, I will be moving to the dallas/fort worth metroplex. enuff of this humidity bullshit.

Well ok, to be fair, at least part of the time it is a desert climate, like right now.  105 F and 20% humidity.  The plus side is the winters are actually nice here.  Nothing too terribly cold, mostly just 20s at night and 50s during the day for winter, with snow/ice maybe 3-5 days out the year MAX.  Not a bad choice.  :>
