What's really clever is that this is a thinly veiled attempt to get people to take the concept of disaster kits and disaster plans seriously. So you are drawn in by the silly subject matter but are given practical advice to survive a real disaster.

I remember when they announced this.  The only issue is that people focused on the zombie thing & not the preparedness thing so it kind of blew up in their face.
