Here we are again! Another one Quake2 Jump Tournament will kick off soon. Sign ups will be opened on the 1st of December. The tournament will start in the middle of January!

Important: the players (americans) from group have a posibility to set up a server for q2 jump tournament for their group game (in case to have good ping). If one of them set up or can make someone to set up a jump server with wireplay server maplist and its settings, it will be used for E group game!

Grouping all the NA players together, for an international tournament...........There are obvious reasons not to do this despite whatever good thing it enables, like us being able to play on an NA server.

Just my .02 . Typically at national, and international tournaments in all video games, they take care not to place people from their own back yard together(the chance of this happening with proper seeding is slim to none anyway, so it doesn't take much effort).

haunted, there is a reason for this: i am pretty sure you are all busy guys so its kind of impossible to separate NA players to all groups. This would mean the games should be played very late which is a problem for european players who want to sleep.

weekends are best solution (at least i think so). But the games can't be played only on weekends.
But i am always up to get new good advices! You can share the way you see it could work better!

That is a good motive, with good intentions, but unnecessary IMO because the americans signed-up would most likely be available to the typical euro-scheduling... idk, It seems that we sacrificed more than we benefited here... from a TO's perspective. I'm disappointed anyway... although I'm not going to cry over it :<
