Linux Brand Cereal

So I have this cheap cereal from some welfare supermarket. It seems 'Mother's Joy' the company who makes this shit used the Linux Tux penguin for their mascot.
Not to mention how lazily it's photoshopped on the art.

Doesn't look like any specific linux penguin to me and it's not the one that was ever on my version if linux.

Or the linux people stole the penguin from someone else.
