Massive lag when firing.

I was playing and decided to start fresh because I had collected way to many paks and it got to the point where I dunno wtf did what    So I did a fresh install, fresh cfg, everything.....well now for some reason when I fire, it drops down to 15 fps...I used to run fine with Pyr3x's old config with the crazy low settings so if anyone has a link to that partiular config I'd most appriciate it.   This sucks

 disable dynamic lighting (gl_dynamic 0).

this worked like a charm  thanks again man, for the help and for the work on the starter.

that also fixed the problem and allowed me to keep the dynamic lighting on.
