q2+win7+i7=?

Ok, the question here is not what that says above, it is:
Q2 works on a NEW geforce grahic card and a Radeon graphic card?

My new pc comes shipped with either nvida or radeon, so that´why i´m asking...The only games i also play is Zdaemon!

yeah, works just fine works fine in win7 as well

use r1q2 as your client, its full featured and anticheat enabled, good client

Some people here were complaining about dual core processors actually cause lag when playing Q2. If that's the case, I think the solution to that was switching to a single core when playing the game. Personally I have a i3 dual core and I never had to tweak around to get the game playable for myself. Chances are you'll be fine as well.

Also Zdaemon isn't a game, it's just a client to play games like doom, hexen, etc. Just saying.

well thats MOSTLY only a problem with older clients i dont have any problems with r1q2 on my quadcore...

but if you have a problem like that you just kick up task manager and set the affinity of the process to only run on core0 and your good, had to fix ezquake like that a couple times cause it was angry
