DM6 lava escape

Happens to me alot,  usually need armor to survive long enough.
This time it happened pretty quick.  Only took 66 health.

Anybody else done this to get out?

 Little trickier then it looks I think I got out twice on accident similar to the way you showed. I was able to do it in the corner , but most times I just wait to fry

and regenerating lots of health very quickly!

I suppose all you do is just hold the jump/move up button down and push against the rotating pillar thing?

I thought you were going to show that area outside between the MG and the BFG cell & stimpaks

This is tough to do reliably.

Have also escaped UNDER during normal gameplay.

Gator-I've tried to get out by going under the drum b4,  never made it though.

Punk-Yes, the way I showed is just pressing against it and jumping alot. 
I think it's one of those things that works better if you have a higher maxfps too.


Adren-There might be a way to get out of the MG lava with an rl???

I'm pretty sure I've made it under the barrel before, too, with a crapload of armor.

I added a demo of the spot I thought you were going to show in the outside/MG area of DM6.  This one is old as dirt though, and I think everybody knows about it.
