railz server is acting strange

I 've been playing today and the server has been lagging hard core, and my net graph is all greened out.

Others have been complaining about his also.

I 've been playing today and the server has been lagging hard core, and my net graph is all greened out.

Others have been complaining about his also.

There was an unplanned outage this morning (a router between our servers and the internet went down.)

Incident Details: At 11:45 CT our Network Operations Center detected that the customer access router, which your server is behind, was not responsive. Our Network Engineers and Data Center personnel are actively investigating the issue to determine what the root cause is and what the resolution will be to restore connectivity. We will update you as we learn more about this issue. Thank you for your patience, The Planet Network Operations Center

Impact Statement: We're still having a challeng recovering normal operations to car15.dllstx6. We will be performing an emergency reboot at 12:25PM CT in an effort to recover service to the chassis. This will cause an additional 5 - 10 minutes of downtime for your servers.

Impact Statement: At approximately 12:31 CT Network Engineers mitigated the connectivity issue. Customer traffic has now been stabilized. We still have one of the two chassis inoperative, and we are investigating whether we can bring it back into service safely at this time, or whether we will require an emergency maintenance window during tonight's off-peak traffic period.

So at least for me things appear back to normal now.  The emergency maintenance is scheduled for tonight:
