What pak is this?

Was watching this http://tastyspleen.tv/?p=1103 and really liked the pak(s) used. Whats it called and where can I get it?

Heya TERSOFi, As far as I know the pak the Jehar uses on that stream/video he isn't allowed to distribute. But the closest to that pak that i found was the kicker that Jehar has available.  http://tastyspleen.tv/q2k/q2kicker_current.zip


someone around may have a pak even more similar, i believe the streams brightskins are different then the ones available in the kicker. But im sure someone can throw you some brightskins the same color as the streams, or you could even do it yourself.
