i was at irtdm today and your boy corn invited so i joined up under a different name. i started playing and he said he was "taking it easy on me" because of my ping. having no clue who i was, until half way through i changed my nick. whoops he thinks.

I can agree with that. It's annoying getting railed at and watching them disappear behind something to wait for you. Wasn't that "skill" the origin of paradisel0st's avatar?

whats so bad about that? with my ping u have to play to your strenghts. i do go stealth but sometimes i do take risks too. whats the point if u step out in the open exposing yourself as a free target to a better player? If i was able to play on usa servers with a lower ping it would be a different story. here is a game i played against protag. i had the lead for a bit then he complained about my using walk and "hiding" so i took more risks and he beat me.

protagonist is a complainer unless you run at him repeatedly.

using the ability to make no sound while you walk is 100% fair and it's mostly players who can't be bothered to strategize beyond camping that complain about it. Going backwards is just as legit, and even moreso when you're pinging 4 times what someone else is.

The kind of people who cry about those making "slow play" are the same ones who happily and boringly stand on the ledge outside the megaroom on dm1 for most of a match, then bitch at you when your "boring play" doesn't make you run into the arena over and over to be shot by them.

at least you aren't standing at the upper rl with your thumb in your ass like some players would when faced with that sort of ping difference.

i play slow too if i think i have a chance to lose, corn didnt like it but i got shut out wins on him so im in >sr< now

instagib gets to a point where two people are either evenly aimed or maybe you have less aim than the other person.... at that point, the only way to win is by outsmarting them and doing better positioning to line up shots they dont expect

and yeah protag does complain a bit... beat me a few times in a normal duel on rdm2 when i was so stressed about school :/ played him like 2 days later and he lost by 10 frags just like i predicted lol so i have little problem with him now, i just think its funny the way he acts like hes pro
