server map change

When my server changes maps I have to press fire to rejoin otherwise I get left with the screen that says timeover. Is this happening to everyone that plays there or is it because Im joining my own game?
Is there a server.cfg solution?

Players have always had to press the attack button in order to change maps after a timelimit or fraglimit is hit. I'm pretty sure that all of the TS servers act this way, they are just populated enough that it's not noticed.
