The problems you described can also be caused by someone using the same wifi channel in their wifi network in your neighbourhood.

Also using wifi stuff together from different brands can cause similar problems too.

Can we ban these bots in DM and other servers that just spam bad jokes non-stop? I tried to join earlier and it took me 15 minutes to get in because there were about 10 of them connected

I've been sick with Q2 since 2007. It's incurable.
