old frame message

I keep getting old frame message then I freeze up and this is with a 40 ping. Any suggestions?

Some older routers have problems with the Quake 2 protocol. Wireless connections are also problematic.

Are you using r1q2 client? Seems to me R1ch addressed this issue on his message board some time ago.

That can happen with a bad "model" as well. The Shark model is known to do that.

DM server is fucked. 2 point blank rockets from spawn and lava damage and player survived? WTF?" Also someone has fucked with the spawn points, every single time no matter how big the map you spawn right in front of the person who killed you last
