Roku

So I got one of those Netflix devices to try and save a little on entertainment. Now it's getting hard to play and watch TV at the same time. I mean I'm going to get a better connection next month, which will solve most of that, but I saw something really strange.

Every time that the Roku buffers it steals all the bandwidth and I get a phonejack. The funny thing is that while this is happening, I report a lower ping in the help screen. I think that this is just a display error but here's a screenshot.
