I think the best way to solve the problem is if people would stop being dicks and start showing up for what they signed for.. I know its only a video game, but if you make a commitment to something (a FUCKING HOUR AND A HALF TOPS) you should goddamn well keep it.. they have plenty of time to show up. I know this comment doesnt help much.. but maybe we could weed through the assholes who sign up and dont show? I dunno.. it's ok when situation is out of the players hands (loss of net, jail, death) but otherwise there is no reasonable excuse.. I'm sorry, but if they aren't sure they are going to show (or just dont care  ) then they shouldn't be there
