How do you cut and paste from windows into quake2...for instance an IP address or set + game command...Ive plain forgot

In r1q2 you can paste any text that you have already copied by pressing ctrl-V . I'm pretty sure that this also works in the standard Q2 3.2 client. If ctrl-v doesnt work try shift-insert.


There's no way to highlight or copy text inside either client. However you can always create a condump and then copy the information you need from there.
