I recently acquired a copy of Ground Zero but i'm having trouble installing it, all it does is come up saying the installshield thingy has had an error and has to closeeeee. any way of not using the installer? :S

In theory you just need the pak0.pak and the gamex86.dll from the CD-ROM.
Just make a "rogue" folder under your Quake2... and copy those files there?
Then to run the single player, run quake2 and type in the console:
game rogue
deathmatch 0
skill 4
gamemap rmine1
(rmine1 is the first rogue map.)
