I keep getting kicked when I try to connect

Every time I try to connect to a tastyspleen quake 2 server I get kicked. I use no cheats or mods and I have R1Q2. Need help!

Has your player name been set?

Sometimes it will not let you connect if it is still "player".

Try that first. If it doesn't work message Quadz or Console on the forums here and they'll probably get back to you in a bit. Holiday time and all.

I'm in the same situation as grissom51,  I have R1Q2, I set my name to "Quartz," but I keep getting kicked, sometimes while being accepted onto the map for a half a second...how do you get a hold of these Quadz or Console people of which you speak?
