Dammit man, post that pingpath traceroute thingamajig thing thingy already!
You said your ping was a bit higher too though. Was something like 75 or 80 and now it's 90 or 105. About the same time you started having issues, my ping actually DROPPED from around 40 to 32.
Hate to break it to you, but it's your wireless router. I've encountered the same exact problem with regular 60-second interval packet loss. I've tried different routers, and the amount of packet loss changed, but the overall effect was generally the same. Time to get some cat5 cable, man.
control panel/ administrative tools/ computer management,then click on services and applications (on left or right)then click services and a list pops up and scroll down to wireless zero configuration on the right...disable it. Its your wireless card searching for a connection every 60 seconds.
