I saw that on a different message board.  The dumb idiot had it coming.  You dont shout 'DONT FUCKING TOUCH ME' repeatedly when the cops are trying to get you to leave a library.  Then they tell him to stand up and leave and he wont, so they tazer him some more.  When the cops tell you to do something, you do it.

It sure was funny hearing him scream like a little bitch too.

His first mistake was not having proper ID. Second,(this is the key mistake) was being disorderly by not leaving the facility when asked. Disorderly conduct is grounds for arrest, and this is what was being attempted where the video started. His third mistake was resisting arrest. It's common for perps to get tasered or pepper-sprayed for resisting. The cops opted for taser because of the confined space and bystanders.

I think a better solution to this would have been for the cops to allow him to exit the facility and then excercise their authority on the outside, if needed, instead of causing a ruckus inside.

People just don't understand that confrontations with cops can snowball quick. I've personally watched routine traffic stops/violations result in the offender getting beat, handcuffed, carried to jail, and hundreds in fines due to their ignorance and/or stupidity with no fault from the cop. I've also watched the cop(s) try and bait the traffic violator into doing something that would warrant their arrest. When a cop witnesses you doing something unlawful that already warrants an arrest, especialy if he's directly involved, your fate is entirely in his hands from that point on. This was the case in the video.

I couldn't help but to laugh while watching the video though, not because of the abusive actions of the police, but cause of the stupidity of the student. Although I think the use of force here was way out of proportion, the guy probably got what he deserved. Hopefully that'll be a wakeup call for him to act more intelligent and orderly in future situations.
